How to Review and Edit Matter Details
Select the Matter you want to review.
Open Matter details
Click on the three dots next to the Matter Name in the Matter list and select Matter Details.
Or click the three dots next to the Matter Name located on the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Review the AI populated fields
Ensure the information extracted by CORTO AI is accurate.
Enable or disable automatic updates
You may select whether or not you want CORTO AI to automatically update your Matter Details.
Edit incorrect or missing information
If you notice any missing or incorrect information, simply click the edit icon and then update the necessary details.
View Change log
Click the View change log button to see previous updates.
Restore previous versions (if needed)
Click the three dots next to the version to restore an earlier version of the Matter Details.
Save your changes
Click Save to apply your updates.
💡Tip: If you have any important information you would like to save to your matter, use the Additional Information field to save this information for your team to view.

A: No - CORTO AI only extracts information from your current documents in each matter.
