Troubleshooting & FAQs

Q: A document is marked as "Failed." What should I do?

A: Click reload next to the failed document to try processing it again. If it repeatedly fails, contact support.

Q: What does "Exclude" mean?

A: Excluding a document removes it from the set of files AI can reference when generating responses. This is useful if a document is outdated, incorrect, or irrelevant to your use case.
