Use Transcription in CORTO AI Chats:
In CORTO, you can use the transcription to inform AI chats and discussions. Simply reference the processed transcription within the platform to provide context.
Note: CORTO does not provide transcription services. You can use a third-party application to transcribe the document and then upload the transcription file into your matters.
To use your transcription file in CORTO AI, follow these steps:
1. Upload the Transcription File:
Ensure your transcription file is in a supported format (such as
.txt,.docx,.pdf, or.vtt).Log in to your cloud storage service (OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.) and navigate to the relevant firm and matter where you can upload files (typically under "Documents," "Files," or "Upload").
Click on the "Upload" button to upload your transcription file to cloud storage services.
If you're working on a specific firm or matter, ensure that the transcription file is uploaded to the correct matter documents folder.
2. Processing the File:
Once the transcription file is uploaded, it will start processing with CORTO AI.
CORTO AI will analyse the file and extract relevant data, such as key information, dates, names, or insights, depending on the capabilities it offers for transcription analysis.
3. Interacting with CORTO AI:
After processing, you can interact with CORTO AI, asking specific questions about the transcription or requesting summaries, insights, or other details based on the content of the file.
You might be able to perform specific actions, like tagging or categorising the data within the transcription.
