Payment Setup
Once you have completed the sign-in process, you will be directed to the payment setup page. Here, you can configure your preferred payment option.
Enter the required payment information, including:
Card information
Cardholder name
Billing address
2. Review the terms of service, then "click" the checkbox to accept 'These are our Terms of Service.'
