Adding additional staff licences

When you invite a new staff member to your account, they will be assigned a licence and granted staff permissions once they accept the invite. Below is how billing works when additional users are added to your subscription.

Cost of additional staff licences

Each additional staff member costs AU$39 per licence, per month.

Once a user accepts the invite, their licence becomes active and will be included in your subscription.


When will I be charged?

Adding a user does not charge your card immediately.

Instead, a pro-rated charge for the remainder of the current billing period will be calculated and added to your next invoice.

This means you will see the charge on your next billing statement, rather than being charged at the time the user is added.


What is a pro-rated charge?

A pro-rated charge means you only pay for the portion of time the additional user is active during the current billing cycle.

For example:

  • If your billing cycle runs from 1–30 June

  • And you add a new user on 15 June

You will only be charged for 15–30 June on your next invoice.


What happens in the next billing cycle?

From the next billing cycle onward, the additional user will be included in your regular monthly subscription total at AU$39 per month.


What will my invoice look like?

Your next invoice will include:

  • Your regular subscription charges

  • The pro-rated charge for the newly added user
