New Chat: The "New Chat" feature allows you to initiate a fresh conversation in CORTO Chat. Click the "New Chat" button to get started. Next to this button is a down arrow that reveals two additional options:
About This Matter: Selecting this option opens a new CORTO Chat specifically focused on the selected Matter. This allows you to discuss or inquire about details related to that Matter.
About Document(s): Choosing this option lets you start a chat centered on a specific document or set of documents within the Matter. You will be prompted to search for and select the document(s) you wish to discuss, after which a chat dedicated to those documents will begin.
2. Chat History
The Chat History feature provides users with a convenient way to review and manage past conversations. This option allows users to access a complete record of previous chats, enabling them to revisit and continue discussions as needed.
Key functionalities of the Chat History feature include:
Review Past Conversations: Users can browse through a chronological list of past interactions, making it easy to find and reference important information or context from previous discussions.
Continue Conversations: By selecting a specific chat from the history, users can seamlessly resume conversations where they left off. This ensures continuity and coherence in ongoing dialogues, enhancing communication efficiency.
